How To Apply Online

Apply Now! (NOTE: This is not for current IHM students who are re-enrolling! Please re-enroll via your FACTS Family Portal)

Application Instructions:

FOR ALL NEW STUDENTS/FAMILIES:

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

2. Click to Start Application

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the $50 non-refundable application fee.

4. Request/Submit Required Documents

Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office:

Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate
Permanent Record Card
IEP/Service Plan (if applicable)
Custody Document(s) (if applicable)

For Current IHM Families enrolling a SIBLING (new Pre-K student or new K student (who has not attended Pre-K at IHM)

To begin the application process, please go to your FACTS Family Portal
If the IHM School code is requested, type IHM-OH
Type in your username and password
Go to left-side Navigation Menu
Click on Apply/Enroll
Click on Application
Click on Open Application
Click on Create a New Student Application
Please follow Steps #3 and #4 above
